Haha, it's so true. I'm not going to be visited by deceased family members or saints when I'm dying. I'm going to be haunted by all the characters I've abandoned. Seriously, the dread keeps me awake at night...

Oh my god, I have folders and folders of notes. I *have* to write down my ideas or I won't be able to think about anything else. I'm totally the reverse. Coming up with a story is easy. I can't seem to stop them. It's translating my stream of conscious plot lines into eloquent prose that is my challenge - and why I would much rather do a comic book. Drawing what I see in my head and writing in the dialogue is much, much easier than having to pick what to describe and assign adjectives and sentence structures to what should be form and color! Even as much as I still struggle with art, reducing my imaginings down to black and white text is frustrating.

But as soon as I have the time to work on anything, you'll be the first to know! Thanks for keeping in touch. It's encouraging.
